To help working parents enjoy their summer without worry, Lilac Hill offers early drop off (7:00 am) and late pickup (6:00 pm) without any additional charge. We offer weekly rates, a family multiple-child discount and an entire summer discount.  We will open the first day after school ends in the Bradford District. The Lilac Hill programming is designed for children who have finished kindergarten through sixth grade.  Lilac Hill accepts only 15 children each week.  Our ratio is one adult for every three children, which ensures both safety and individual attention. We soon know each child and each child knows us. We hire two college (education majors) students to assist us. Each week has a different theme, so your child will be excited about each new week

Lilac Hill Day Camp is operated by Jerry and Candace Webster. Both certified teachers. A “semi-retired” special educator, Jerry has a Masters Degree in Special Education and has been certified in Minnesota, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada, California and currently in Vermont.  Candace, a retired high school art teacher (and creative guru), currently works part time as a nanny during the school year.

We operate the day camp from our home at 312 S. Main in Bradford. Our ‘big yellow house on the hill’ 1825 farm house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Our home sits on almost one acre. The property is filled with many 50 year old lilac bushes... thus the name... Lilac Hill. We have room for both indoor and outdoor activities. Parents and kids alike will appreciate the homey atmosphere. We have three kid friendly dogs and two snooty cats who secretly love children. We are within easy walking distance to the Bradford Library, Main Street Bradford, Elizabeth’s Park and much more.
